Open daily for Lunch

What I especially love about food is the way it affects each and every one of us in a uniquely different way. Our tastebuds are so finely tuned: for example, I love coriander but only in soups, my sister on the other hand, prefers her coriander in couscous. You get the idea? We all prefer a good meal to one which is poorly executed regardless of our sensibilities.

Now, have you been to the Le Canon in Nice? I heard a rumour that it's the latest hot-spot on the French Riviera. Better to avoid or be open for a new culinary enrichment? One ought to take time to have time especially when dining.
