Pastry Fancy

Deliciously sinful. This chilli, mangoe, passion fruit, chocolate cake is my decadent winter treat. The ideal evening all on my ownsome goes as follows: a good book to read, a slice or two of this home-made pastry fancy, a bottle of vintage champagne, hand-painted crepe silk dressing gown to slip on after a relaxing soak in an antique bathtub and I forget it's winter.     I bought some mango green tea from my trip to Malaysia last week and it is scrumptious (that and some recently discovered chocolate covered pretzels!) Happy weekend dear!

  10. Oh! Oh! Oh! I think that I shall have to visit and try that cake. I looked at the recipe and realised that my baking skills are less than required. However, I can look and imagine the taste. I can also revel in your descriptions, which I love to do ... and just to note that my brother has a bath similar to the one in the photograph.
